Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrect or different from the product ordered
- Tampered with or has a packaging issue
please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
For faster assistance, please share clear photographs or a video of the package and product along with your order details.
After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in cases where:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product was damaged during transit.
- The package was received in a tampered condition.
- The product has a verified quality or packaging issue.
Refunds will not normally be provided for a change of mind, incorrect address provided by the customer, or improper storage of the product after delivery.

5. Non-Returnable Food Products
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened or used food products, including dry fruits, seeds, powders and mixes, are generally non-returnable.
